We are looking for a proactive Resourcing Coordinator to Join our HR team and provider dedicated recruitment support for the business. You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment updates, keeping our ATS up to date, writing and posting engaging job adverts, as well as looking after the coordination of our high-volume seasonal recruitment. You’ll also be working closely with the HR Assistant to provide general HR support. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people, we’d love to hear from you! Your key duties will be to: Support the end-to-end recruitment for our job opportunities, from attraction to ensuring a smooth transition to the offer and onboarding stage. Create inspiring and captivating job adverts to be displayed on our careers page and associated job boards and other channels, including social media. Coordinate candidate applications through our ATS. Coordinate our large-scale seasonal recruitment campaigns and events. Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed, such as Right to Work or DBS checks. Coordinating and attending external recruitment fairs. About you You’ll have previous HR experience, with ATS experience useful. You’ll be happy to work in a fast-paced environment and providing generalist HR Administrative support. Provide a friendly and people focused support both internally and externally.
