What you'll do
1. Develop and implement shop operation plans and regularly review performance with shop managers to ensure sales growth.
2. Contribute to the development of the regional sales plan.
3. Promote brand excellence across shop management teams, driving initiatives to improve standards.
4. Implement and monitor brand marketing materials and displays in shops.
5. Lead a team aligned with company values, promoting a culture of achievement and responsibility.
6. Recruit and develop effective shop management teams in line with shop plan requirements.
7. Agree on territory recruitment plans based on business needs and budgets.
8. Monitor food safety, health, and safety practices across the territory, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
9. Plan and control shop staffing rotas within agreed costs.
10. Monitor key cost areas, evaluate variances, and take appropriate actions.
About you
1. Experience leading high-performing shop management teams across multiple sites.
2. Accountability for delivering sales and profit targets through effective team management.
3. Experience developing teams through succession planning.
4. Proven track record of maintaining high standards across multiple sites.
5. Decision-making confidence.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills at all levels.
7. Proficiency with IT tools including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with experience analyzing reports to develop solutions.
9. Team-oriented, supportive of an inclusive culture, and motivated to develop professionally.
