Salary £26,000 - £27,500 per annum
We are recruiting for a well-established business based in Shrewsbury. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to take on a varied position on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
Coding invoices and inputting invoices/credit notes.
Reconciling supplier statements.
Prepare payment runs.
Resolving supplier queries.
Posting bank transactions on a daily basis.
Cover for visa reconciliations and postings.
Nominal ledger.
Prepare and post journals.
Accruals.
Balance sheet reconciliations.
To assist in month end.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role. You should have strong knowledge of both purchase and sales ledgers and have good MS Excel skills are essential.
