A large housing association has an urgent need for a statutory compliance surveyor You will be working within the building compliance team and the role will include To assist the Asset Management Team in all aspects of delivery of the Planned Investment and Capital Programmes including compliance requirements for passive and active fire protective works, electrical remedial works, asbestos, plumbing and heating Building and maintaining effective relationships between team members, contractors, customers and stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of work for statutory compliance and remedial work. Responsible for making contact with residents where work are to be carried out and ensuring any special needs are identified and catered for. This role is for 3 months initially and will be covering the East Midlands region. What you'll need to succeed You will be qualified in a relevant construction/trade/property industry and have a track record of working in statutory compliance in social housing.
