Skilled listener with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Desirable Criteria In-depth understanding of production processes, batch processing, ingredient functionality, and recipe management. Familiarity with AX and/or Point 74 systems Proficient in data management and system integration, particularly with AX and related software tools Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with different departmentsDemonstrable skills relating to attention to detail and working to tight deadlines A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
