The Programme
Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders. Over the course of the programme you’ll gain hands‑on experience across our finance functions – including Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, financial management and risk management – and rotate across our business units (Müller Milk & Ingredients and Müller Services Limited).

Requirements
* STEM or business‑related degree, 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
* Willingness to travel to other Müller sites for project work or learning activities; expenses covered
* Full UK driving licence for at least one year
* UK residency and eligibility to work in the UK – sponsorship not available due to salary threshold
* Consumer‑focused approach and collaborative spirit
* Curiosity and ambition to make an impact
* Analytical skills and strong business acumen
