'Summary'
We are seeking a commercially aware Senior Marketing Executive – Trade & Communications to join our team in GB. This role is vital in executing our marketing strategy across multiple companies and four physical branches, with a strong focus on trade marketing, branch activation, CRM campaigns, partnerships, and brand communications. Based in GB, you will take ownership of key marketing initiatives, working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen trade relationships, manage social media channels, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while supporting our wider growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Trade & Partnerships Marketing
* Develop and manage installer packs, including co-branded materials and collaboration assets
* Coordinate targeted outreach materials for architects, developers, and construction firms
* Support trade days, training events, and quarterly promotional campaigns
* Produce educational flyers and technical literature
* Oversee scaffolding banners and on-site branding
* Assist with new product launches for trade audiences
Branch Marketing & Local Activation (4 Locations)
* Coordinate and deliver in-branch marketing materials (POS, posters, shelf wobblers)
* Manage weekly "Inside the Branch" updates
* Align local branch activity with the central marketing calendar
* Support internal communication of marketing initiatives
CRM & Email Marketing
* Plan and execute weekly newsletters for both trade and homeowner segments
* Manage reactivation campaigns for dormant accounts
* Support audience segmentation and targeted email activity
* Monitor performance and report on engagement and revenue impact
Brand & Social Media (Multi-Company)
* Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for the core brand
* Support and oversee social media for additional brands within the group
* Create and schedule monthly content plans
* Brief and coordinate with designers for social assets
* Manage YouTube scheduling and ensure content consistency
* Support community engagement initiatives
Campaign Coordination
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver monthly campaign plans
* Coordinate campaign assets with designers and content creators
* Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
* Track performance and report on campaign effectiveness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
