The Role
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, kind, and compassionate individual to join our after-school team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with children. You should be friendly, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's development in a fun and safe environment.
Main responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving snacks
* Supporting with activities such as arts and crafts, sports, and games
* Encouraging positive behaviour and interaction among children
* Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment
* Adhering to the setting’s safeguarding and child protection policies
* Following behaviour management policies to promote a positive and respectful atmosphere
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential — a positive attitude and willingness to get involved are what matter most!
