Job Summary
Brik Masonry is seeking a Bricklayer/General Labourer to join their construction team based out of Norwich, ON. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, comfortable with operating power tools and will maintain a safe work environment.
Duties
* Construct, repair, and maintain brick structures such as walls, chimneys, and walkways.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and laying bricks.
* Operate heavy equipment when necessary for large-scale projects.
* Apply caulking and other materials to ensure proper sealing and insulation.
* Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Qualifications
* Experience in construction is a strong asset.
* Ability to read blueprints and schematics related to masonry is an asset.
* Demonstrated experience in using hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
* Work Location: Main shop is Norwich, ON. Must have reliable transportation to and from this location.
