CRM Lead Based in Reading, Berkshire (Office-based with occasional Birmingham visits) Full time, Monday – Friday Competitive salary Extensive benefits We are seeking a highly organised and proactive CRM Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure our business development function runs efficiently and effectively. From managing CRM data and tracking leads to preparing reports and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, you will be instrumental in maintaining the systems, processes, and communication that underpin our commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Keep CRM (HubSpot) in excellent order - complete management of our pipeline and control individual team data. Be the team champion and troubleshooter for all things HubSpot. Add, validate and monitor new leads against set criteria and liaise with external lead sources. Conduct research into cold leads to support pipeline generation. Working closely with our Business Intelligence Director, produce and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and briefing materials to track performance, support meetings, and drive data-informed decisions. Coordinate key administrative tasks including monthly BD commissions, internal meeting scheduling, document management, and support for internal campaigns. Communicate confidently across multiple channels and act as a central coordination point between internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. *The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve in line with the needs of the business. Skills & Experience Experience with HubSpot, with the confidence to act as a system lead. Experience with reporting tools and data analysis (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards). Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability. Strong time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced demands. Demonstrable experience in a similar administrative, sales support, or CRM role. Desirable: Experience in a design & build or B2B environment. Familiarity with BI dashboards or other reporting tools.
