The Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll handle a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Other general residential conveyancing transactions
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of two fee earners and two assistants at the Oswestry office, with access to strong administrative support and resources to help you succeed.
About You
* Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with around 4+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* However, those with more or less experience will be considered based on suitability and team fit
* You’ll be able to hit the ground running, manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and work well in a collaborative team setting
