Your role as a Kitchen Assistant will include:
7. Keeping the kitchen areas clean and tidy
8. Supporting the catering team with basic food preparation as they create seasonal meals for our residents
9. Properly cleaning and sanitising all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene
10. Assist with specialist dietary requirements and serve nutritional meals
Required skills:
11. Basic knowledge of food preparation and food hygiene
12. The ability to stand for extended periods
13. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
14. The ability to work in a team
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills
16. Effective communication skills
