As West Norfolk’s only ARLA & ARMA registered independent letting and management agent, we dedicate 100% of our time to property management in North and West Norfolk. Our offices are located in King's Lynn and Hunstanton.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Block Manager located in King's Lynn. The Block Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential blocks including handling leaseholder and director inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, inspecting properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, section 20 consultations and liaising with property owners. The role will also include managing budgets, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records as well as preparing, attending and chairing AGMs.
Qualifications
* Experience in property management, facilities management, or related fields
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and property compliance
* Proficiency in using property management software
* Ability to manage budgets and prepare detailed reports
* TPI certification is a plus
* Driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed
