The Role: To plan, coordinate and control the resources of people, materials and equipment employed within the Machine Shop & Production Engineering departments to ensure that products are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they are produced on time within a CNC manufacturing environment. Leading and guiding the Production Engineering team and Machining team to identify methods of manufacturing which deliver continuous improvement and efficiencies. Monitor the requirements of the Master Shipment Plan – Shortage list, and support planning with expected completion dates for the work to be carried out.
