The Role:
As Payroll Manager, you will:
* Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all UK staff
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension rules and statutory reporting
* Collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver a seamless monthly payroll cycle
* Identify and implement payroll process improvements
* Provide expert advice on payroll matters to stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing payroll (in-house or via payroll bureau)
* Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation
* A proactive and detail-focused approach
* Confidence working independently in a standalone payroll role
* Experience within a fast-paced or multi-site environment is a bonus
