TheBusiness SupportCoordinator will be part of abusy team and provide a comprehensive coordinated and efficientbusiness support service to the Director Head of Operations andRegistered Managers enabling them to carry out their managementresponsibilities to deliver care and support for the adults theysupport.
Themain duties of the BusinessSupport Coordinatorare:
Workcollaboratively with the Residential and Independent SupportedLivingservices.
Work with theManagement team with the development of operational reporting onperformance data.
Collateperformance data monthly quarterly andannually.
Setup and maintain systems for the collection and recording of projectdata as required by the Director and operational team.
Support theoperational team in planning monitoring and reviewing thedevelopment of the service in line with the identified prioritiestargets and outcomes.
Tocoordinate circulate agendas attend and actively participate inmeetings ensuring accurate minutes are taken actions plans arelogged and any requested reports are provided.
Scheduling andcoordinating team events.
Process incomingreferrals to the services through a single point of contact andcollate and trackinformation.
Participate inthe auditing of services if required.
Tocarry out orientation days with new
Tocoordinate and completes all DBS renewals for staff in line withCQC guidance.
Tosupport with the coordination of reports for mandatory training andprompting staff when needed.
Toensure that staff personnel files are up to date in line with CQCregulations.

Hold or workingtowards a formal qualification. Level 3/ Level 4 in appropriatefield
