Known for its elegant dining and seasonal British menus, this is a kitchen where quality, creativity, and consistency are at the forefront. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join the brigade and play a hands-on role across all sections. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across various sections Support senior chefs in delivering smooth service and prep Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and consistency Help train and guide junior team members Contribute to menu ideas and seasonal changes where relevant Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations Candidate Profile 3 years’ experience in rosette-level or high-quality kitchens Comfortable running your own section and working under pressure Genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and progress Team-focused with a calm, professional attitude Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards Pastry or multi-section experience is an advantage What’s Included Salary: £34,000 base per year Monthly tips (approx. £3,000 annually) 4.5-day workweek wherever possible (5 during peak times) Staff meals while on duty 28 days paid holiday 25% staff discount on food Live-in accommodation in a well-kept local flat (£250/month, all inclusive) Ongoing training and opportunities for development Cycle-to-work scheme This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie who’s looking to develop in a structured, high-standard kitchen with strong mentorship and a commitment to seasonal, quality-led cooking.
