Quantity Surveyor
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Freedom’s Commercial team has an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to support our growing civil and electrical projects across the region. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will manage the contractual and financial elements of multiple projects and work collaboratively across engineering, operational and commercial teams.
Provide commercial leadership within project and business unit teams.
Measure and value works for applications, variations, and final accounts.
Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
Chair monthly project reviews and attend client progress meetings.
Drive supply chain management, improvement initiatives, and commercial best practice.
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience working on civil and electrical projects.
Strong understanding of NEC3/4 and practical application on live projects.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or HNC with relevant experience).
Strong MS Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
