Job Title: Junior Sous Chef at THE PIG
Salary: OTE £16.70 per hour, including Tronc (equivalent OTE £41,800 per annum based on 48 hours per week)
Join THE PIG as a Junior Sous Chef and be part of a unique culinary team. We emphasize local sourcing, using ingredients from within a 25-mile radius, our own kitchen garden, and a lot of passion to craft ever-changing menus. Our team communicates regularly with local suppliers, including farmers, butchers, and fishmongers, to ensure seasonal and fresh ingredients.

You will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing one of four sections, contributing to menu development, and overseeing health and safety, ordering, and staffing rotas.
We seek confident Junior Sous Chefs capable of supporting a dynamic team. Opportunities include gaining experience across multiple properties and stepping into a Senior Sous role.
Knowledge of all kitchen areas is essential. We value passion for modern British cuisine and sustainability. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
