The Role
You will work alongside an experienced Associate and Partner on M & A deals and be exposed to excellent corporate work. The work is varied and interesting, advising a range of clients from large multinationals to owner-managed businesses and professional investors. The work predominantly focuses on assisting with corporate transactions, including business sales, acquisitions, and restructures, however, will also include some of the following matters:
1. Drafting and advising on shareholder agreements and articles of association
2. Conducting due diligence and preparing disclosure letters
3. Supporting investment agreements, equity financing, and employee share schemes
