Responsibilities
* Leading the scale-up of new products from kitchen to full-scale factory production
* Organising and running factory trials for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects
* Driving continuous improvement and value engineering to enhance product quality and efficiency
* Working with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementation of changes
* Supporting the introduction of new technologies aligned with the Product Development Strategy

What We're Looking For
* A degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a similar technical field
* Previous experience in food manufacturing (FMCG), ideally in a process, development, or NPD-focused role
* Understanding of key food production methods – such as extrusion, frying, baking, sheeting, and flavouring
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement
* A genuine enthusiasm for food, innovation, and quality
