They are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team on a fixed-term basis, providing expert employee relations support while contributing to a range of people-focused projects.
Role Overview:
This Interim ER Specialist position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of employee relations matters. Alongside managing complex casework, you will support organisational initiatives that enhance workforce development, employee engagement, and HR best practice.
This role is a fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities of the Interim ER Specialist:
* Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
* Support workforce development and organisational change initiatives.
* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting and process improvements.
Requirements of the Interim ER Specialist:
* Proven experience in employee relations and complex casework management.
* Strong generalist HR background, ideally at Advisor or Senior Advisor level.
* Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
