Responsibilities
* Promotion Strategy Development: Establish market positioning, identify target audiences, and select optimal promotion channels based on business objectives and market analysis. Create comprehensive online-offline marketing plans with localized strategies tailored to regional business characteristics to expand brand reach and market penetration.
* Marketing Channel Expansion: Build and manage a robust channel marketing system by developing partnerships with communities, e-commerce platforms, and KOLs. Drive external traffic through collaborative campaign planning and execution, optimizing cost-efficiency to accelerate business growth.
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement product promotion initiatives, including complete campaign planning, execution oversight, and performance evaluation. Innovate marketing approaches while coordinating cross-functional resources to amplify brand visibility and boost sales performance.
* Marketing Platform Management: Oversee store and account operations on key platforms (Douyin, Meituan, etc.), including content strategy development and operational optimization. Enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion through targeted campaigns and private domain operations to maximize platform ARPU.
* Marketing Resource Coordination: Facilitate partnerships with external brands and stakeholders to develop co-marketing initiatives. Monitor collaboration effectiveness, refine strategies based on performance data, and cultivate valuable channel resources to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Customer Relationship Management: Implement customer acquisition and retention strategies by understanding client needs and providing timely support. Strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and potential for expanded cooperation.
