Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent; Term Time only

About the role
Barton School is a specialist setting for children and young people with autism, aged 5 to 19. Due to exciting ongoing growth projects, we are expanding our team and are now thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Primary SEN Teacher to join our dedicated and close-knit school community.
Responsibilities
* Take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils’ achievement and ability to develop.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a high-quality learning environment.
Qualifications
* UK QTS or equivalent

Based in Barton Upon Humber, North Lincolnshire, we are within easy reach of Barton, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Hull and surrounding towns. Working arrangement
* You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay under the 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) arrangement, subject to successful probation and not a contractual benefit.
