We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our Central Support Unit in Rotherham.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our colleagues across multiple practices are paid accurately and on time, while also supporting our transition to an in-house payroll function.

This role is 30 hours per week and will be a mixture of working in our central support unit and from home
Key Responsibilities
1. Process and review payroll data and timesheets across multiple sites
2. Liaise with Area Managers to resolve discrepancies
3. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
4. Maintain payroll records and employee data
5. Support payroll queries from colleagues and managers
6. Assist with transitioning payroll in-house
7. Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
8. Contribute to improving payroll and finance processes
About You
Essential:
9. Experience in payroll or finance administration
10. High attention to detail and accuracy
11. Strong organisational and time management skills
12. Confident communicator able to liaise across teams
13. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office systems
14. Able to work independently in a part-time role
Desirable:
15. Experience with payroll systems
16. Multi-site organisation experience
17. Background in veterinary, healthcare, or similar environments
