A leading Real Estate investment, development and management business is looking for a commercially minded qualified accountant to join their finance function.

Main Responsibilities
* Lead the relationship for a major property and infrastructure joint venture, including participation in senior stakeholder and governance meetings.
* Produce and manage project viability models, scenario analysis and investment appraisals to support commercial decision-making.
* Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, cash flow analysis and valuation updates across a diverse property portfolio.
* Partner with operational and project teams to support refurbishment, redevelopment and asset repositioning initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing commercial finance insight and strategic business partnering across multiple projects.
Candidate Specification
* Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least two years post qualification
* Experience working within Real Estate or an adjacent industry e.g. Infrastructure, Logistics, Construction, Facilities Management, etc
* Ability to interact with and influence non-finance stakeholders at various levels of seniority
