About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Manager to join our team in the Brighton Area The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing logistics operations on new build residential and fit-out schemes, ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of all site logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site logistics operations from inception to completion
*
Develop and implement project-specific logistics plans, traffic management plans, and delivery schedules
*
Manage and coordinate logistics supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors
*
Oversee delivery management systems, vehicle movements, and site access
*
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
*
Liaise with clients, main contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination
*
Manage site waste and material handling in line with sustainability targets
*
Provide regular progress reports and attend project meetings
Requirements
Experience in Large Scale New build projects - Multi phase
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent
Black CSCS Manager’s Card
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on major construction projects
Strong understanding of new build residential and fit-out environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience working for a Construction Logistics Contractor – highly advantageous
