Key Responsibilities: • Planning and delivering engaging MFL lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 available for the right candidate. • Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels encouraged to participate and succeed. • Employing a variety of teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs and make language learning enjoyable, relevant, and impactful. • Regularly assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress, using data to tailor teaching and support individual growth. • Promoting cultural awareness through enrichment activities such as themed days, clubs, and international trips. • Supporting the development of the MFL curriculum by bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the department. • Fully engaging in school life – collaborating with colleagues, attending CPD sessions, and contributing to a positive staff culture.
