IKEA Milton Keynes is looking to hire a Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated fulfilment team.
As a warehouse operative, your responsibilities include receiving goods, restocking shelves, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

* Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 plus a £2.25 night shift allowance for hours worked between 10pm and 6am
* Two 30-hour contracts: one working 10pm-4am, and another 4am-10am

Minimum Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not necessary
* Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
* Experience with technical equipment to improve productivity
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Applicants must be 18 or older to comply with health and safety guidelines
Daily Responsibilities
* Receiving incoming goods
* Manual handling of heavy stock
* Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts and pump trucks safely
* Following safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all
