We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South East region. This field-based role focuses on sales of pump design, installation, and maintenance solutions for sewage and surface water systems across the UK. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and achieve revenue targets. Manage regional customer accounts, providing high levels of support and securing repeat business. Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on quotations. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports. Utilize CRM and ERP software to track opportunities, manage customer data, and streamline processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends. Represent the company professionally to maintain a strong market reputation. Key Attributes: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Technical expertise in pumping station maintenance and solution design. Strong product and market knowledge.
