Deputy Manager Residential Childcare Location: Coalville, LE67 Salary: £31,000 £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 8-hour shifts | Flexitime available About the Role We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager for a 3-bed childrens residential home in Coalville. The home provides high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them build strong foundations for a successful future. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in childrens services to join a dedicated team committed to delivering excellence in care. Youll be confident in leading teams, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF).
