Responsibilities and Duties
* Support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment.
* Assist with daily living skill development and personal care.
* Facilitate community-based activities.
* Manage behaviours that may present as challenging.
* Perform 12‑hour shifts on a 36‑hour per week contract, including occasional nights to cover annual leave.
* Provide care 24/7; weekend work required with shared responsibility to allow free weekend time.
* Opportunity for part‑time contracts with enhanced rate over time.
