Senior Field Service Controller Location: Croydon (CR0) Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (40 hours per week) Salary: Up to £43,956 (DOE) The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Controller to join a busy and fast-paced service operation. This is a key role responsible for coordinating field service activity, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs Lead, support, and mentor a team of service controllers Handle escalations and resolve service issues efficiently Monitor KPIs, workload, and work-in-progress Ensure all administration, documentation, and systems are kept up to date Requirements Previous experience in a senior service control, scheduling, or coordination role Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability Confident decision-maker who can perform under pressure Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to lead, support, and prioritise within a busy environment
