Are you a receptionist / office Assistant looking for part time work?
My client a successful global Advertising business based in the heart of the City of London is looking for a receptionist/Office Assistant to work 3 days per week - 20 hours a week.
Ideal working days Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Working hours 9.00 - 17.00 / 09.00 - 16.00
Temporary ongoing until the end of the year.
Duties will include;
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or office.
* Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
* Handling in-person, phone, and online inquiries.
* Providing refreshments to guests.
* Ordering Supplies and liaising with services providers
* Assisting with IT and HR
* Assisting with client events
* Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
You will need excellent customer service skills, good communication skills while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
