Job Description
We are looking for a FM helpdesk / receptionist to work as part of the workplace team
Receptionist
· Maximo logging of reactive jobs
· Communication to all site stakeholders
· Badge management for all visitors and staff
· Support Contract support
· Point of contact for clients areas not allowing phones etc.
· Contactor induction management (WPS – Engineering)
· PPE / signage management on site (Stock and replenishment)
· Point of contact for printer and photo copier issues. (HP management on site)
· Fleet management support?
· Contactor induction management (WPS – Engineering)
· Organising completed documents into folders
· Sending out emails of corrective actions, collecting responses and incorporating them into the original tracker
· Interpretating data and collating into presentation templates
· Assist QHSE team with Risk assessments etc.
Working hours : Monday to friday 8:30 - 14:30
