You will be responsible for: Leading a product development team and a portfolio of complex NPD and innovation projects Technical leadership, governance and management within the product development team, ensuring product solutions are consumer led and robustly validated Project delivery and technical guidance to influence technical feasibility, approach and timeline of projects Forging strong and effective relationships with a network of technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and with suppliers.
About you You will have a background in food manufacturing, line management experience and a sound technical understanding ofingredients
- experience of powder-manufacturing processes would be highly desirable
- new process technologies and hands-on management of multiple projects.
You will also have a high level of numeracy in order to interpret trend analysis and consumer insights, with some knowledge of statistical tools for analysing data.
