An opportunity is available for a Team Leader based at Hereford and Ludlow, reporting to the Field Operations Team Manager. The role involves leading a team of Trades Persons.
The main focus is to lead an efficient and productive team across a region, ensuring compliance with H&S policies, coordinating work programmes, maximizing delivery efficiencies, providing team development and authorizations, and managing performance on a 1:1 basis.
The starting salary is £43,491 until training is completed.

* Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations

* Collaborating with other teams to manage workload
* Driving team productivity and managing individual performance
* Maintaining a full schedule of work
* Ensuring team members have appropriate training and work authorizations
* Responding professionally to customer complaints
Ideal Candidate
The candidate should be an excellent communicator, experienced in managing teams, and capable of being an escalation point for the team and customers.
* Understanding of Health and Safety legislation, Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations 2002, and Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
* Organized with strong problem-solving skills and planning ability
* Good communicator with relationship-building skills with customers
* Ability to manage performance effectively
* Knowledge of craft roles or willingness to learn quickly
* NRSWA qualification or understanding of NRSWA legislation is desirable; full training can be provided
