Your new role Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a major commercial interiors project from their Altrincham base. This 6-month contract role will focus heavily on managing and valuing up to £1 million worth of contract variations, so a strong background in CAT A & B office fit-outs is essential. The QS will work closely with the commercial and project teams to maintain cost control, validate subcontractor claims, and ensure variations are accurately tracked, priced, and agreed.
