Key Responsibilities: * Perform servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on HVAC and gas systems. * Deliver high standards of customer service while working in live commercial environments. * Complete documentation and reports in line with company and client requirements. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
