Bar & Venue Manager job description
Fletchers is an independent busy venue hosting live music, corporate and community events, weddings, and private parties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic hands-on Manager who would love to develop this fantastic venue further. You will be a hospitality professional with expertise in bar & cellar management, event organisation, marketing, finance & IT. You also love ensuring people have a great time
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the operations of our food and drink service ensuring a professional delivery at all times
Develop a full programme of daytime and evening events to maximise income
Provide hands-on leadership
Use IT skills for operational systems, including inventory management software, and online booking platforms.
Develop effective promotional strategies
Qualifications:
Proven experience of Bar and Cellar management
Proficiency in IT skills, including troubleshooting and familiarity with relevant software applications.
An understanding of Marketing tools and how to run an effective promotional campaign
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
