Overview
We\'re hiring a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support a strategic digital transformation initiative focused on optimising ServiceNow capabilities across a major government department. This role is part of a wider portfolio aimed at driving efficiency and reducing costs in line with government objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead the alignment of IRM Entity Hierarchies with CSDM to ensure risk association is fully integrated and maintainable.
* Design integration patterns for transitioning user access to zScaler, including risk assessments and Design Authority documentation.
* Support the expansion of the SPM module to become the central portfolio management platform across Digital and non-Digital Transformation.
* Define secure patterns for exposing ServiceNow OOB REST APIs, enabling faster delivery for squads accessing platform data.
* Assist in delivering complex HR case management capabilities using HRSD, focusing on out-of-the-box functionality and minimal customisation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and module optimisation.
* Active SC Clearance
* Strong understanding of IRM, CSDM, SPM, HRSD and API security best practices.
* Ability to produce high-quality design documentation and risk assessments.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Delivery.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to detailed technical and scenario-based questions.
