4. Client Consultation: Advise clients on property prices, market conditions, and strategies for buying, selling, or renting properties.
5. Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants and answer any questions related to the property.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
7. Marketing and Promotion: Promote properties through advertising, social media, and networking to attract potential clients and generate interest.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about the local property market trends, including pricing, supply and demand, and competitor activity.
9. Paperwork and Documentation: Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork for property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
