This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background — ideally with experience or an understanding of the agricultural industry — who is ready to take ownership of their region and develop long-term relationships with customers.

Day-to-Day Duties
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to maximise opportunities in your region
Demonstrate, promote and sell equipment to new and existing customers
Proactively contact customers via phone and email to build relationships and secure new business
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Provide marketing feedback and suggestions to drive market trends
Record and report market activity to other departments
Manage your own work schedule and travel plans
Essential Skills
Proven sales experience with the ability to exceed targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight when required
Training Provided
Full product training will be provided to ensure you are confident and knowledgeable when representing the brand.
