About The Role
Joining Vehicle Solutions, part of Motability Operations Limited, the UK’s largest vehicle leasing company. Due to growth and the opening of our new state-of-the-art refurbishment centre, we are seeking a paint technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting into the cosmetic team leads, the principal objective of this role is to ensure vehicles are prepared according to reconditioning standards.
Our paint technicians play a crucial role, ensuring that vehicles meet Motability Operations-specific performance and quality standards by enhancing the appearance of our vehicle’s paintwork.
As a paint technician, your daily tasks will include applying primer, basecoat, clear coat, and preparing vehicles for the paint process. You will have access to new booths, spray guns, market-leading products, and all necessary PPE.

Minimum Criteria
* Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK
* Paint application experience
* Primer application experience
* Accident repair experience
* Masking and booth vehicle preparation
* Paint mixing experience
