Job Description:
The role: This is an exciting time to join us as a Manager in the Firm and Personal Independence team. You will play a critical role in building and shaping new processes and fostering innovation to support our Partners and staff in maintaining their compliance with independence regulatory requirements.
In your first 12 months, you will respond to a variety of Partner and staff consultations, support new projects, and collaborate with our teams across London, regional offices, and offshore delivery centres.
Long-term, as you gain experience, you will be involved in overseeing compliance testing, supporting new joiners and promotes, handling dispensations, and developing training and initiatives on hot topics.
