Role: Night Care Team Leader
Location: Wickmeads, Tuckton, Bournemouth, BH6 4LG
Pay: Up to £33,370 per annum
Shift Pattern: 19:45 – 08:00 (including alternate weekends)
Hours: Full time or part time available
About
We are looking for a natural leader in a caring profession who can make a positive impact on residents and inspire and nurture a team to be at their best every day.
Responsibilities
* Plan and manage delivery of quality care to residents.
* Manage the safety and supervision of night staff.
* Support and guide the team throughout their shift.
* Administer medication to residents.
* Liaise with external medical professionals and residents’ families.
* Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values.
Qualifications
• Completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Fully competent in medication administration.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Visa sponsorship not available.
