Payroll Specialist
Location: Glasgow - (Hybrid 2 days in the office)
Salary: £35,000
Contract: Full-time
Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional ready for your next challenge? We're currently recruiting for a well-established organisation in Glasgow that is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing monthly payroll data across multiple departments
Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll calculations
Managing general ledger entries and reconciling payroll accounts
Handling queries from employees and internal teams
Managing payments to tax authorities and overseeing deductions
Supporting wider finance operations, including expense reimbursementsWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in a payroll-focused role
Strong grasp of payroll systems, legislation, and best practices
Confidence using payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
