We want children, young people, and families in Norfolk to receive support at the earliest opportunity so that they can flourish. By acting together, as a connected system, we can ensure vulnerable children and young people and their families receive the right support, at the right time.

The Schools Alternative Provision Placement Officer is responsible for supporting placements within the Norfolk Alternative Provision Strategy including, Tier 1 and Tier 2 including transition and reintegration planning when mainstream is identified as appropriate for pupils under the Alternative Education Service.
The role may also support the wider aims of the Local First Inclusion programme which align to the core aims of the role as the programme develops.
