Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and dietary requirements.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Innovate new menu items that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen operations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of food production techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen best practices.
* Demonstrated ability in food preparation, cooking, and presentation skills.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
