Job Title: Nursery Assistant - Pre-Prep Department

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team within the Pre-Prep Department at a well-established school in Woking. This full-time position will commence in September, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Nursery Teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-5.
* Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment conducive to the holistic development of young children.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
* Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, ensuring their well-being and progress.
* Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.
* Supervise children during outdoor play and other activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 3 desirable).
* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
* Passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to make a difference.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Understanding of child development principles and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.
